Custom builds

For clients where a specific opportunity is clear — a workflow that could be automated, a custom tool that would save real time, an integration between systems that currently don't talk. Scoped per project. If it makes sense to build it, I'll build it.

Not a retainer that locks you into monthly check-ins about tools you aren't using. Not a proprietary AI platform with a dashboard you'll log into twice. Not a workshop where someone reads slides at your team for four hours and calls it training.

If the honest answer to your situation is "you don't need AI consulting right now," I'll tell you that. Referrals come from that kind of conversation more reliably than from overselling.

Businesses with repetitive internal processes, customer communication volume, or research-heavy workflows tend to get the most out of it early. That said, the discovery session exists specifically because the answer varies — it's worth a conversation before assuming it does or doesn't apply.

Do I need any technical knowledge? +

No. The point is to translate what these tools do into terms that make sense for how your business works. If you can describe what your team does every day, that's enough to start.

What tools do you work with? +

Whatever makes sense for the situation. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Make, Zapier, and a range of purpose-built tools depending on the use case. I'm not tied to any platform and not incentivized to recommend one over another.

How is this different from hiring an AI agency? +

Scope and incentives, mostly. An agency is set up to sell ongoing engagements and build things. This is set up to figure out what's actually worth doing first — and then do it, or not, based on that. One person, no overhead, no upsell structure.

What does it cost? +
